目的:探索不同提取工艺参数对苦杏仁水(蒸馏液)氢氰酸含量的影响,为中药生产企业提供参考.方法:分别取等量的苦杏仁在各实验条件(浸泡温度25~85℃、破碎情况、包煎、浸泡水量增加)下浸泡24h,而后进行蒸馏提取,收集苦杏仁水(蒸馏液)并进行氢氰酸含量检测,对实验条件与含量的关系进行分析和探讨.结果:在55℃浸泡24h,苦杏仁水(蒸馏液)中氢氰酸含量最高(P<0.05);在55℃浸泡温度下,破碎苦杏仁与未破碎苦杏仁的苦杏仁水(蒸馏液)氢氰酸含量无明显差异(P≥0.05);120目无纺布包裹苦杏仁浸泡蒸馏提取,苦杏仁水(蒸馏液)中的氢氰酸含量与未包煎对照无明显差异(P≥0.05);浸泡水量由药材量的1.6倍增加至4倍,苦杏仁水(蒸馏液)中氢氰酸含量无明显差异(P≥0.05).结论:浸泡温度对苦杏仁水(蒸馏液)氢氰酸含量有较大程度的影响,55℃为最佳浸泡温度;苦杏仁破碎情况(是否破碎)、包煎情况(120目无纺布)、浸泡水量增加(由药材量的1.6倍增加至4倍)对苦杏仁水(蒸馏液)的氢氰酸含量无影响,上述研究结果可为中药生产企业提供参考.

Objective:To explore the effetcs of different extraction process parameters on the hydrocyanic acid content in bitter almond water(distillate)and provide a reference for Chinese materia medica production enterprises.Methods:Equal amounts of bitter almonds were respectively soaked for 24 hours under various experimental conditions(soaking temperature 25-85℃,crushing status,wrap-boiling,and increased soaking water volume),and then dis-tilled for extraction.The bitter almond water(distillate)was collected and the hydrocyanic acid content was detec-ted.The relationship between the experimental conditions and the content was analyzed and discussed.Results:Soa-king at 55℃for 24 hours,the content of hydrocyanic acid in the bitter almond water(distillate)was the highest(P<0.05).At the soaking temperature of 55℃,there was no significant difference(P≥0.05)in the hydrocyanic acid content of the bitter almond water(distillate)between crushed and unbroken bitter almonds.The 120-mesh non-woven fabric wrapped bitter al-monds for soaking and distillation extraction showed no significant difference(P≥0.05)in the content of hydrocyanic acid in the bitter almond water(distillate)compared with that without wrapping.When the soaking water volume was increased from 1.6 times the amount of medicinal materials to 4 times,there was no significant difference(P≥0.05)in the content of hydro-cyanic acid in the bitter almond water(distillate).Conclusion:The soaking temperature has a significant impact on the hydro-cyanic acid content of bitter almond water(distillate),and 55℃is the optimal soaking temperature.The breakage of bitter al-monds(whether they are broken or not),wrap-boiling condition(Wrapped in 120-mesh non-woven fabric),and the increase in soaking water(from 1.6 times the amount of medicinal materials to 4 times)have no effect on the hydrocyanic acid content of bitter almond water(distillate).The above research results can provide references for Chinese materia medica production en-terprises.
