目的:对藏药材甘青青兰开展生药学鉴别,剖析其形态特征以及光学显微镜下的横切面与粉末特征.方法:通过古籍文献、结合性状鉴别及显微鉴别等方法开展系统研究.结果:经文献考证,明确了其性状和植物学特性,以及不同的品种分类,如甘青青兰、美叶青兰、松叶青兰、白萼青兰以及康定鼠尾草、丹参和白化枝子等;基于形态学观察,揭示了其特有的组织结构;显微鉴别结果显示,根茎横切面中的表皮、皮层与维柱,叶的表皮、叶肉、叶脉及表皮毛茸等组织构造;光学显微镜下清晰可见导管、表皮细胞、木栓细胞、淀粉粒等显微特征.结论:通过对藏药材甘青青兰的横切面及粉末的显微特征研究,为其生药学鉴别提供了重要参考.

Objective:A pharmacognostic identification of the Tibetan medicinal material Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim was conducted.Different varieties of it were classified,and their morphological characteristics,as well as the cross-sectional and powder features under an optical microscope were analyzed.Methods:Through ancient books and documents,combined with methods such as character identification and microscopic identification,systematic research has been carried out.Results:Through literature research,the characteristics and botanical features of it have been clarified,as well as the classification of different varieties,such as Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim,Dracocephalum calophyllum Hand,Dracocephalum forrestii W.W.Smith,Dracocephalum isabellae Forr,Saivia prattii Hemsl,Sali-ua przewalskii Maxim and Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth,etc.Based on morphological observation,its unique tissue structure has been revealed.The microscopic identification results show the tissue structure in the cross-section of the rhizome,such as the epidermis,cortex and vascular column,as well as the epidermis,mesophyll,veins and epi-dermal hairs of the leaves.Under the optical microscope,the microscopic features such as vessels,epidermal cells,cork cells and starch grains are clearly visible.Conclusion:The microscopic characteristics of the cross-section and powder of the Tibetan medicinal Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim provide important references for its pharmacological iden-tification.
