新质生产力的提出为印染产业转型升级提供了核心指导逻辑.系统阐述"互联网+"技术群驱动下印染产业生态系统的重构路径与机制.界定新质生产力在科技创新、要素数字化及全要素生产率跃迁维度的内涵特征,解析工业互联网平台架构与数据要素价值创造机制的技术基础;揭示传统印染生态系统的能源污染、信息孤岛及同质化竞争等结构性瓶颈,并剖析工艺数字化薄弱、数据流通壁垒与人才缺口等新质生产力发展障碍;提出涵盖主体角色转型、价值链升级与空间资源配置的多维重构框架.

The proposal of new quality productivity provides a core guiding logic for the transformation and upgrading of the printing and dyeing industry.The reconfiguration path and mechanism of the printing and dyeing industry ecosystem driven by the"Internet+"technology cluster were systematically elaborated.The connotation characteristics of new quality productivity in the dimensions of scientific and technological innova-tion,digitalization of factors,and leap in total factor productivity were defined,and the technical basis of the in-dustrial Internet platform architecture and the value creation mechanism of data elements were analyzed;the structural bottlenecks of the traditional printing and dyeing ecosystem,such as energy pollution,information is-lands,and homogenized competition were revealed,and the weak points in process digitalization,data circula-tion barriers,and talent shortages as obstacles to the development of new quality productivity were analyzed;a multi-dimensional reconfiguration framework covering the transformation of main roles,value chain upgrad-ing,and spatial resource allocation was proposed.
