针对涤纶筒子纱染色易出现白粉且难以去除的问题,研究了白粉的产生原因及成分分析,以及助剂对纤维表面白粉的防沾、分散效果等.结果表明:白粉的主要成分是涤纶低聚物环状三聚体,提高染料用量、升高染浴温度、延长保温时间均会促使低聚物从纤维内部析出;分子质量适中、磺化度高的分散剂对纤维表面低聚物的防沾、分散效果较好;使用TF-2501、TF-2500、TF-288E染色,纤维表面几乎无低聚物粘附,溶液中低聚物粒径小,分散效果好.

In order to solve the problem that white powder is easy to appear in the dyeing of polyester bobbin yarn and difficult to remove,the causes of white powder production and composition analysis were studied,as well as the anti-sticking and dispersing effects of additives on the surface of white powder.The results showed that the main component of white powder was cyclic trimer of polyester oligomers.Increasing the amount of dye,the temperature of dyeing bath and extending the holding time could promote the oligo-mers to separate out from the fiber.The dispersant with moderate molecular weight and high degree of sulfo-nation had better anti-sticking and dispersing effect on oligomers on fiber surface.By TF-2501,TF-2500,TF-288E dyeing,there was almost no oligomer adhesion on the fiber surface,the oligomer particle size in the so-lution was small,and the dispersion effect was good.
