二苯乙烯基苯型荧光增白剂的性能比较OA
Performance comparison of distyryl benzene type fluorescent whitening agents
对比研究了3种二苯乙烯基苯型荧光增白剂的结构特征、热性质、吸收性质、荧光性质以及对涤纶的增白应用性能,重点探讨了结构差异对该类荧光增白剂性能的影响.结果表明:与ER-Ⅱ相比,具有对称结构的ER-Ⅰ和ER-Ⅲ分子排列更加规整有序,耐热稳定性更好.ER-Ⅱ则具有相对较大的极性,不仅对吸收和荧光发射特性产生影响,而且可与涤纶形成更大的亲和力,有利于提升上染率和上染速率.
The structural characteristics,thermal properties,absorption properties,fluorescence properties and whitening application performance for polyester of three types of distyryl benzene type fluorescent whiten-ing agents were comparatively studied.The influence of structural differences on the performance of this type of whitening agents was mainly discussed.The results showed that compared with ER-Ⅱ,the molecules of ER-Ⅰ and ER-Ⅲ with symmetrical structure were arranged more regularly and orderly,and had better ther-mal stability.ER-Ⅱ had relatively greater polarity,which not only affected the absorption and fluorescence emission characteristics,but also could form a greater affinity with polyester,which was conducive to improv-ing the exhaustion and dyeing rate.
