印染废水膜分离-高级氧化协同处理与回用技术OA

印染废水处理面临高色度、高盐分和难降解有机物等挑战.采用超滤-非均相Fenton-纳滤三级联用工艺(MS-AOPs)进行处理,结果表明:超滤可以截留98.6%悬浮物;非均相Fenton在pH为3,H2O2、Fe3+物质的量比10∶1的条件下,60 min内COD去除率达85.2%,色度完全脱除;纳滤使TDS从4200 mg/L降至180 mg/L,出水达到GB 4287-2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》回用标准.该工艺水处理成本为2.8元/t,较传统方法降低30%,催化剂可重复使用5次以上,为印染废水低碳高效处理提供了可行方案.

The treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater faces challenges including high chromaticity,high salinity,and refractory organic compounds.A three-stage integrated process combining ultrafiltration,het-erogeneous Fenton oxidation,and nanofiltration(MS-AOPs)was employed.The results demonstrated:ultrafil-tration achieved 98.6%suspended solids removal;heterogeneous Fenton oxidation at pH 3 with H2O2/Fe3+mo-lar ratio of 10∶1 removed 85.2%COD and completely decolorized the wastewater within 60 min;nanofiltration reduced TDS from 4 200 mg/L to 180 mg/L,meeting the reuse criteria of the"Discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry"(GB 4287-2012).The operational cost was 2.8 RMB/t,representing a 30%reduction compared to conventional methods,with catalyst reusability exceeding 5 cycles.This process provides a feasible solution for low-carbon and high-efficiency treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.
