聚焦菌膜形成机制、反应器技术演进及污染物降解途径的理论突破,解析固定床、移动床与膜耦合系统的技术特征;深入探讨微生物群落互作、代谢产物转化及环境胁迫耐受等作用机制的研究进展;评述工程化应用中的关键瓶颈,提出标准化设计、功能菌群调控及智能监控等未来发展方向.微生物菌膜技术通过生物强化降解与抗毒性负荷冲击的协同效应,为印染废水的高效治理提供了可持续解决方案,其环境效益与工艺稳定性的综合优化仍是重要研究方向.
The theoretical breakthroughs in the formation mechanism of microbial films,the evolution of reactor technologies,and the degradation pathways of pollutants were focused on,the technical characteris-tics of fixed-bed,moving-bed,and membrane-coupled systems were analyzed;the research progress of the interaction of microbial communities,the transformation of metabolic products,and the tolerance to environ-mental stress were deeply explored;the key bottlenecks in engineering applications,and proposes future de-velopment directions such as standardized design,functional microbial community regulation,and intelligent monitoring were reviewed.The microbial film technology provides a sustainable solution for the efficient treat-ment of dyeing wastewater through the synergistic effect of biological enhanced degradation and anti-toxicity load shock.The comprehensive optimization of environmental benefits and process stability remained an im-portant research direction.
