高移动场景下大规模机器类通信中频率偏移和活跃用户的联合估计算法OA
Joint estimation algorithm for frequency offsets and active users in massive machine-type communication of high-mobility scenarios
在大规模机器类通信中,机器设备的高速移动所带来的多普勒频偏会导致活跃用户检测和信道估计性能下降.针对上述问题,文中提出一种基于延迟假设的结构化矢量近似消息传递的联合估计算法.该算法利用延迟假设后感知矩阵双重稀疏性的特殊结构对信道的功率谱密度函数进行重新表述,并基于贝叶斯原理和最小均方误差准则重新设计了一种非线性矢量降噪器,以提高活跃用户和频率偏移的联合估计性能.同时,对于可能存在的高计算复杂度问题,设计了一种动态更新测量矩阵的加速计算方法来降低计算复杂度.仿真结果表明,所提算法能够准确地实现频率偏移和用户检测的联合估计,验证了所提算法的有效性.
In the massive machine-type communication(mMTC),the Doppler-shift due to the high-speed movement of equipment can lead to degradation of active user detection and channel estimation performance.In view of the above,this paper proposes a joint estimation algorithm for structured vector approximate message passing(S-VAMP)based on delay assumption.In the algorithm,a special structure of double sparsity of the perceptual matrix after delay assumption is utilized to reformulate the power spectral density function of the channel,and a nonlinear vector noise reducer is redesigned based on the Bayesian principle and the minimum mean squared error(MMSE)criterion to improve the performance of the joint estimation of the active users and the frequency offsets.For the high computation complexity that may occur,an accelerated computation method that can update the measurement matrix dynamically is designed to reduce the computation complexity.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can accurately realize the joint estimation of frequency offsets and user detection.In conclusion,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm has been verified.
