高活性蓖麻油基聚醚多元醇的合成及应用研究OA

以蓖麻油为起始剂,环氧烷烃为聚合单体,磷腈盐为催化剂,合成高活性蓖麻油基聚醚多元醇,研究催化剂种类和含量对聚合反应的影响,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪对聚醚多元醇的结构进行表征.采用自制蓖麻油基聚醚多元醇制备聚氨酯高回弹泡沫,研究其对泡沫性能的影响.结果表明,当磷腈盐催化剂质量分数为0.20%时,合成的蓖麻油基聚醚多元醇综合性能较佳.将其应用于聚氨酯高回弹泡沫中,当添加量为50 phr时,泡沫表现出优异的力学性能;将其应用于聚氨酯防水涂料时,与传统甘油基聚醚多元醇相比,自制蓖麻油基聚醚多元醇在力学性能方面优势显著.

Ricinoleic oil was used as the initiator,epoxylated alkanes as the monomers for polymerization,and phosphazene salt as the catalyst to synthesize high-activity polyether polyol.The impact of the type and concentration of the catalyst on the polymerization reaction was studied,and the structure of the polyether polyol was characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Polyurethane high-resilience foam was prepared using the synthesized castor oil-based polyether polyol,and the effect on the foam properties was investigated.The results demonstrated that when the mass fraction of the phosphazene salt catalyst was 0.20%,the synthesized castor oil-based polyether polyol exhibited optimal comprehensive properties.When incorporated into polyurethane high-resilience foam at a loading of 50 phr,the foam demonstrated excellent mechanical properties.When applied in polyurethane waterproof coating,the self-made castor oil-based polyether polyol showed significant advantages in mechanical properties compared to traditional glycerol-based polyether polyol.
