新型腐植酸类肥料对党参生长和品质的综合评价OA

为探讨 3 种不同成分的腐植酸类肥料对党参生长和品质的影响效果,并筛选出效果最佳的产品,以潞党参为研究对象,设置清水(CK)、腐植酸类肥料Ⅰ(T1)、腐植酸类肥料Ⅱ(T2)和腐植酸类肥料Ⅲ(T3)4 个处理,研究在花期叶面喷施腐植酸类肥料对党参产量和品质的调控效应,并对不同腐植酸类肥料处理下的党参叶片光合特性、碳氮代谢酶活性、生长和品质指标进行综合评价.结果表明,3 种腐植酸肥料均能促进党参的生长,提高光合效率、代谢酶活性,进而提高产量;同时,对次生代谢物的累积也有不同程度的促进作用.与CK相比,T1、T2 和T3 处理的产量分别显著提高 37.4%、41.1%、54.9%;T3 处理的炔苷和紫丁香苷含量分别较CK显著增加了 10.4%和 6.7%,T2 和T3 处理的白术内酯Ⅲ含量分别较CK显著提高了 11.6%和 20.2%.主成分分析结果显示,T3 处理对党参生长和品质的提升效果最佳.因此,花期喷施腐植酸类肥料能通过提高根系活力、光合效率和碳氮代谢酶活性来促进党参的生长和次生代谢物的累积,其中腐植酸肥料Ⅲ的促进效果最佳.研究结果为潞党参高产优质栽培提供了一种新途径.

In order to explore the effects of three humic acid fertilizers with different components on the growth and quality of Codonopsis pilosula,and screen out the best fertilizer,a field experiment was conducted with four treatments,including water(CK),humic acid fertilizer I(T1),humic acid fertilizer II(T2)and humic acid fertilizer III(T3),to explore the effects of different treatments on yield and quality of Codonopsis pilosula.Meanwhile,this study comprehensively evaluated the photosynthetic characteristics,carbon and nitrogen metabolism enzyme activities,growth and quality indicators of Codonopsis pilosula under different treatments.The results showed that all three humic acid fertilizers promoted the growth of Codonopsis pilosula,improved the photosynthetic efficiency and metabolic enzyme activity,thereby increasing the yield,and also promoted the accumulation of secondary metabolites.Compared with the CK treatment,the yields of T1,T2 and T3 treatments were significantly increased by 37.4%,41.1%and 54.9%,respectively;the contents of ethynyl glycosides and syringin in T3 treatment were significantly increased by 10.4%and 6.7%,respectively;the contents of atractylenolide III in T2 and T3 treatments were significantly increased by 11.6%and 20.2%,respectively.The results of principal component analysis showed that T3 treatment had the best effect on the growth and quality of Codonopsis pilosula.Thus,humic acid fertilizers could promote the growth and secondary metabolite accumulation of Codonopsis pilosula by improving root activity,photosynthetic efficiency and carbon and nitrogen metabolic enzyme activity,and the promotion effect of humic acid fertilizer III was the best.The research results provided a new approach for high-yield and high-quality cultivation of Codonopsis pilosula.
