化肥配施黄腐酸叶面肥对夏玉米产量和品质的影响OA

Effects of fertilizer combined with fulvic acid foliar fertilizer on yield and quality of summer maize

探明化肥配施工业副产品黄腐酸在夏玉米中的合理应用,为工业副产品黄腐酸资源化利用提供科学和理论依据.以夏玉米品种'合联 1589'为供试材料进行盆栽试验.试验设等量清水(CK)、200 mg/L(F1)、400 mg/L(F2)、600 mg/L(F3)、800 mg/L(F4)5 种浓度黄腐酸叶面肥处理,各处理化肥用量均按照N 0.20 g/kg,P2O5 0.10 g/kg,K2O 0.05 g/kg施用.于定植后 40 d进行喷施,分别在喷前 1 d,喷后 10、25、40 d测定株高、茎粗、叶绿素,喷后 25 d测定氮代谢关键酶活性.收获后测定了产量构成因素、不同部位养分含量及品质指标.结果表明,对于夏玉米生理指标而言,F2 处理株高、茎粗、叶绿素含量分别较CK处理显著提高 15.14%、9.84%和 10.02%.此外,夏玉米叶片中氮代谢关键 4 种酶活性随着黄腐酸叶面肥浓度增加呈先增加后下降的趋势,其中,F2 处理中谷氨酰胺合成酶活性和谷氨酸脱氢酶活性分别比CK处理增加了 18.22%和 12.78%.在产量构成因素方面,F2 处理果穗长度、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、穗粒数、百粒重较CK处理均差异显著.对于不同部位养分含量而言,籽粒中F2 处理氮、磷、钾含量分别较CK处理增加了 34.09%、76.27%和 40.00%.在品质方面,随着黄腐酸叶面肥浓度增加,夏玉米籽粒中淀粉、含油量、可溶性糖含量及6种蛋白质含量均呈现低浓度促进而高浓度抑制的规律,其中,F2处理淀粉和可溶性糖含量分别较CK处理显著提升4.25%和40.92%.综合夏玉米生理指标、产量和不同部位养分含量及品质指标来看,化肥配施黄腐酸浓度为400 mg/L时,在夏玉米中应用效果最佳.

The study aimed to explore the rational application of industrial by-product fulvic acid as a fertilizer in combination with nitrogen fertilizer in summer maize,and to provide scientific and theoretical basis for the resource utilization of industrial by-product fulvic acid.Summer maize variety'He Lian 1589'was used as the test material for pot experiments.The experiment was conducted with five concentrations of humic acid foliar fertilizer:equal amount of clear water(CK),200 mg/L(F1),400 mg/L(F2),600 mg/L(F3),and 800 mg/L(F4).For each treatment,the amount of chemical fertilizers was applied according to N 0.20 g/kg,P2O5 0.10 g/kg,and K2O 0.05 g/kg.Spraying was conducted 40 d after transplantation.The plant height,stem diameter and chlorophyll content were measured 1 d before spraying and 10,25 and 40 d after spraying,respectively.The activities of key enzymes in nitrogen metabolism were determined 25 d after spraying.The yield components,nutrient contents in different parts,and quality indicators were measured after harvest.The results showed that for the physiological indicators of summer maize,the F2 treatment had significantly higher plant height,stem diameter,and chlorophyll content than the CK treatment by 15.14%,9.84%,and 10.02%,respectively.In addition,the activities of four key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism in the leaves of summer maize increased first and then decreased with the increase of fulvic acid foliar fertilizer concentration.Among them,the activity of glutamine synthetase and glutamate dehydrogenase in the F2 treatment was 18.22%and 12.78%higher than that in the CK treatment,respectively.In terms of yield components,the F2 treatment had significant differences from the CK treatment in fruit ear length,ear diameter,number of ears per plant,number of grains per ear,number of grains per fruit ear,and 100-grain weight.For nutrient contents in different parts,the total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium contents in the grains of the F2 treatment were 34.09%,76.27%,and 40.00%higher than those of the CK treatment,respectively.In terms of quality,with the increase of fulvic acid foliar fertilizer concentration,the starch,oil content,soluble sugar content,and six protein contents in summer maize grains showed a low-concentration-promoting and high-concentration-inhibiting pattern.Among them,the starch and soluble sugar contents in the F2 treatment were significantly increased by 4.25%and 40.92%compared with the CK treatment,respectively.Overall,when the fertilizer fulvic acid concentration was 400 mg/L,the application effect of summer maize was the best.
