基于多目标优化的新型配电网储能选址与容量配置策略研究OA
Research on location and capacity allocation strategies of energy storage in new distribution network based on multi-objective optimization
针对新型配电网因广域分布式电源接入产生的电压越限的问题,在兼顾新能源消纳能力提升与经济性优化目标下,提出了一种综合考虑多方面因素的储能选址与容量配置策略.首先,建立新型配电网模型,引入节点电压稳定性及动态热定值作为指标,对线路进行稳定性评估;其次,构建相应的经济性模型,并采用改进的多目标粒子群优化算法进行求解;最后,通过IEEE33节点模型验证了该策略研究的效果.实验结果表明:稳定性指标中引入的动态热定值相较于传统静态热定值可以更准确地识别配电网中易过载的线路;并且通过改进粒子群优化算法可以使储能系统的安装成本降低47.37%.所以该策略不仅可以更好地平抑配电网的电压波动问题,提高配电网的稳定性,而且可以有效地降低配电网的运营成本.
In allusion to the problem of voltage limit violation in the new distribution network due to the access of wide-area distributed power sources,under the goals of both enhancing the absorption capacity of new energy and optimizing economy,a strategy for energy storage site selection and capacity configuration considering multiple factors is proposed.A new distribution network model is established,and node voltage stability and dynamic thermal rating are introduced as indicators to evaluate the stability of the lines.A corresponding economic model is constructed,and the improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve it.The effect of this strategy is verified by means of the IEEE 33-node model.The experimental results show that,in comparison with the traditional static thermal rating,the dynamic thermal rating introduced in the stability indicators can more accurately identify the lines prone to overload in the distribution network.Moreover,the installation cost of the energy storage system can be reduced by 47.37%by means of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.This strategy can not only better suppress the voltage fluctuation problem of the distribution network and improve the stability of the distribution network,but also effectively reduce the operating cost of the distribution network.
