行为转变理论指导下的责任制护理在过敏性鼻炎患儿中的应用效果OA

Objective To explore the application effect of responsibility-based nursing under the guidance of the behavioral change theory in children with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 120 children with allergic rhinitis who underwent desensitization treatment in Xuzhou Children's Hospital from July 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given responsibility-based nursing under the guidance of the behavioral change theory.The nasal symptom score,self-care ability,quality of life,and desensitization treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of nasal symptoms(nasal itching,nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing)in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of exercise of self-care agency scale in the observation group were all higher(P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire score of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the desensitization treatment compliance score of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with allergic rhinitis undergoing desen-sitization treatment,implementing responsibility-based nursing under the guidance of the behavioral change theory can help alleviate their nasal symptoms,enhance their self-care ability,improve their quality of life and increase desensitization treatment compliance.
