不同耕作方式改良保山植烟土壤肥力的适宜性分析OA
An analysis of the suitability of different tillage practices and durations for improving soil fertility in tobacco-cultivated soils of Baoshan
针对云南省保山烟区由于耕作措施单一导致的土壤耕层变薄、肥力降低等问题,研究旋耕与深耕对土壤的影响特征,以评估深耕措施在改良保山植烟土壤肥力方面的可行性.设置旋耕(Q)、3 年深耕一次(S1)、3 年深耕两次(SG)、3 年连续深耕(SL)4 个处理对土壤物理、化学、生物性状的影响.3 年结果表明:(1)S1 处理显著增加了土壤 0~20 cm土层的总孔隙度,增幅为 6.44%,同时显著增加了 20~40 cm土层中的砂砾含量.(2)深耕处理对 0~20 与 20~40 cm土层土壤化学性状影响显著,表现为显著提高了 0~20 cm土层的土壤pH 0.11~0.22,0~20 cm土层中,S1 处理有机质含量与全氮含量均最高,在 0~20 和 20~40 cm土层中全氮含量均有显著提升,提升幅度分别为 10.8%和 16.5%.(3)深耕处理措施显著影响了 0~20 和20~40 cm土层的土壤微生物学性状,表现为各深耕处理显著增加了 0~20、20~40 cm土层的微生物量碳含量,不同耕作方式下 0~20 和 20~40 cm土层中,土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、纤维素酶活性均为S1 处理最高,并且显著高于其他处理.主成分分析综合得分显示,两个土层各处理间综合得分的最高分均为S1 处理,其中两个土层的SG和SL处理综合得分均为负值.云南山地丘陵区单一的深耕处理在一段时间后可以改善土壤肥力质量,连续深耕不能改善土壤质量,后期需考虑深耕的同时投入有机物料以实现养分供给.
In order to solve the problems of soil layer thinning and fertility reduction caused by long-term single shallow rotary tillage in main tobacco-growing areas of Baoshan,Yunnan,this study investigated the impact of rotary tillage and deep tillage on soil to evaluate the feasibility of deep tillage measures in improving the fertility of tobacco growing soil in Baoshan.Four treatments were set up,including rotary tillage(20 cm)(Q),deep tillage in 2021 and rotary tillage in other two years(S1),rotary tillage in 2022 and deep tillage in other two years(SG),and three-year continuous deep ploughing treatment(SL).The effects of different tillage methods and tillage years on soil fertility of tobacco planting by characterizing soil physical structure,soil chemical composition and soil microbial composition were explored.The results showed that:(1)The S1 treatment significantly increased the total porosity of the soil layer of 0-20 cm,and significantly increased the gravel content in the soil layer of 20-40 cm.(2)Deep tillage treatments had a significant effect on the soil chemical properties of 0-20 and 20-40 cm soil layers,which showed that the soil pH of 0-20 cm soil layer was significantly increased by 0.11-0.22,and the organic matter content and total nitrogen content of S1 treatment were the highest in 0-20 cm soil layer,and the total nitrogen content was significantly increased in both 0-20 and 20-40 cm soil layer,with an increase of 10.8%and 16.5%,respectively.(3)The soil microbiological properties of the 0-20 and 20-40 cm soil layer were significantly affected by the deep tillage treatment,which showed that the microbial biomass carbon content was significantly increased by each deep tillage treatment.The activities of soil sucrase,urease and cellulase in the 0-20 and 20-40 cm soil layers under different tillage methods were the highest in the S1 treatment,which were significantly higher than those in other treatments.The comprehensive scores of principal component analysis showed that the highest scores were all S1 treatments,and the comprehensive scores of SG treatment and SL treatment in the two soil layers were negative.A single deep tillage treatment in the mountainous and hilly areas of Yunnan province could improve the soil fertility quality after a period of time,but continuous deep tillage couldn't improve the soil quality,and it was necessary to consider the input of organic materials at the same time as deep ploughing to achieve nutrient supply in the later stage.
