目视授权功能为新型列控系统和ETCS-2级列控系统中的核心功能.以目视授权功能为切入点,阐述该研究的背景及意义;从关键信息交互、核心流程等方面,系统阐述目视授权功能在两类系统的应用;从信息交互、授权流程和安全机制、监督距离和运营场景4个方面梳理目视授权功能在两类系统中的差异性,通过差异性分析为列控系统的"按需设计"和中国高铁"走出去"的多场景适配提供借鉴思路,同时为CTCS-3级列控系统引入目视授权功能提供"股道精确定位"和"多场景适配"的融合方案.

The on-sight authorization function is a core function in the new train control system and the ETCS-2 train control system.This paper takes the on-sight authorization function as the starting point,and expounds on the background and significance of this research.It also systematically elaborates on the application of the on-sight authorization function in the two systems from the aspects of key information interaction and core processes.Additionally,it sorts out the differences of the on-sight authorization function in the two systems from four aspects,i.e.,information interaction,authorization process and security mechanism,supervision distance,and operation scenarios.This paper provides reference ideas for the"on-demand design"of train control systems and the multi-scenario adaptation for the overseas application of China's high-speed railway technologies through the analysis of differences.At the same time,it provides an integration scheme of"precise track positioning"and"multi-scenario adaptation"for the introduction of the on-sight authorization function into the CTCS-3 train control system.
