Effects of biochar and wood vinegar on soil characteristics of moderate saline soil

为了探究生物炭与木醋液对盐土土壤特性的影响,以甘肃省中度盐土为研究对象开展土壤培养试验,设置土壤对照(CK)、稀释 100 倍木醋液(WV100)、生物炭(B)、生物炭+稀释 100 倍木醋液(B+WV100)、稀释 500 倍木醋液(WV500)、生物炭+稀释 500 倍木醋液(B+WV500)6 个处理.结果表明:(1)添加木醋液WV100 和WV500 处理较CK速效钾含量分别提高 8.24%、10.73%,添加生物炭B、B+WV100 和B+WV500 处理较CK速效钾含量分别提高 129.45%、143.82%和 139.36%;添加生物炭及木醋液与生物炭配施均提高了土壤有效磷含量,提高幅度在 2.96%~29.49%;木醋液与生物炭单施或配施提高了土壤全氮、全钾和碱解氮含量,增幅分别在 10.27%~111.64%、5.0%~40%和 11.53%~61.8%;生物炭的施加显著提高土壤有机质含量,添加生物炭的处理土壤有机质含量较CK增幅在 105.47%~126.45%.木醋液(稀释 100 倍)单施可提高土壤有效养分含量,生物炭与木醋液配施显著提高了土壤有效养分含量.(2)施加木醋液处理的土壤过氧化物酶、土壤多酚氧化酶、土壤β-葡萄糖苷酶活性较CK增幅分别达 48.57%~58.69%、3.37%~13.99%、15.34%~28.95%,施加生物炭处理的土壤脲酶活性高于CK,施加生物炭的土壤酸性磷酸酶活性较CK提高幅度为 2.18%~4.13%.木醋液单施提高了土壤过氧化物酶、土壤多酚氧化酶和土壤β-葡萄糖苷酶活性;生物炭单施提高了土壤脲酶和土壤酸性磷酸酶活性;木醋液与生物炭配施对土壤脲酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶活性促进作用较单施加强.(3)单施木醋液的处理钾离子较CK变化不显著,钠离子较CK分别增加 20.11%和 10.90%,添加生物炭后土壤钠离子含量表现为显著增加,增幅在29.66%~48.81%,单施稀释 100 倍木醋液与单施生物炭处理较CK变化显著,分别增加 10.93%和 9.67%.木醋液(稀释 100 倍)单施,以及生物炭与木醋液配施均提高了土壤水溶性盐含量,有利于土壤可溶性盐离子淋溶,降低盐渍土含盐量.综上所述,在中度盐土区采用生物炭与木醋液配施可以改良土壤特性.

To investigate the effects of biochar and wood vinegar on the characteristics of saline soil,moderate saline soil in Gansu province was selected as the research object.Soil culture experiment was conducted with six treatments,including soil control(CK),diluted 100 times wood vinegar(WV100),biochar(B),biochar+diluted 100 times wood vinegar(B+WV100),diluted 500 times wood vinegar(WV500),and biochar+diluted 500 times wood vinegar(B+WV500).The results showed that:(1)The addition of wood vinegar treatments,namely WV100 and WV500,increased the available potassium content by 8.24%and 10.73%,respectively,compared to CK,and the addition of biochar in the B,B+WV100 and B+WV500 treatment groups increased the available potassium content by 129.45%,143.82%and 139.36%,respectively,compared to CK.The addition of biochar and wood vinegar,combined with biochar application,increased the soil available phosphorus content by 2.96%-29.49%.The application of wood vinegar and biochar alone or in combination increased the total nitrogen,total potassium and alkaline nitrogen content of the soil,with increases of 10.27%-111.64%,5.0%-40%and 11.53%-61.8%,respectively.The application of biochar significantly increased soil organic matter content,and the three treatments with biochar added increased soil organic matter content by 105.47%-126.45%,compared to CK.The application of wood vinegar(diluted 100 times)alone increased the soil available nutrient contents,while the combination of biochar and wood vinegar significantly increased the soil available nutrient contents.(2)The activities of soil peroxidase,soil polyphenol oxidase,and soil β-glucosidase in the groups treated with wood vinegar increased by 48.57%-58.69%,3.37%-13.99%,and 15.34%-28.95%,respectively,compared to CK.The soil urease activity in the group treated with biochar was higher than that in CK,and the soil acid phosphatase activity in the group treated with biochar increased by 2.18%-4.13%,compared to CK.The application of wood vinegar alone increased the enzyme activities of soil peroxidase,soil polyphenol oxidase,and soil β-glucosidase.Single application of biochar increased the enzyme activity of soil urease and soil acid phosphatase.The combined application of wood vinegar and biochar had a stronger promoting effect on the enzyme activities of urease,peroxidase,and polyphenol oxidase in soil compared to single application.(3)The treatment group treated with single application of wood vinegar showed no significant change in potassium ions compared to CK,while sodium ions increased by 20.11%and 10.90%,respectively.After adding biochar,the soil sodium ion content showed a significant increase,with an increase of 29.66%-48.81%.The application of diluted 100 times wood vinegar alone and biochar alone showed significant changes compared to CK,with increases of 10.93%and 9.67%,respectively.The application of wood vinegar solution(diluted 100 times)alone increased the soil water-soluble salt content,while the combination of biochar and wood vinegar solution increased the soil water-soluble salt content,which was beneficial for the leaching of soluble salt ions and reducing the salt content of saline soil.In summary,the combination of biochar and wood vinegar could improve soil characteristics in moderately saline soil areas.
