Test on the Effect of New Quality Productivity on High-quality Economic Development
新质生产力作为生产力发展的质变跃迁,正在深刻重塑经济增长方式与发展路径.文章采用中国30个省份2012-2023年的面板数据,在构建指标体系测度新质生产力发展水平的基础上,深入探讨了新质生产力对经济高质量发展的影响效应及作用机制.结果表明:新质生产力对经济高质量发展存在显著的促进作用,渗透性要素对经济高质量发展的影响强于实体性要素,并且新质劳动者对经济高质量发展的促进作用大于其余生产力要素;当新质生产力发展水平跨越门槛值0.088时,能更充分地激发经济高质量发展新动能;相较于西部和东北地区,新质生产力对东部和中部地区经济高质量发展的促进作用更强;此外,新质生产力对经济高质量发展的影响存在显著的正向空间溢出效应.
As a qualitative leap in the development of productivity,new quality productivity is profoundly reshaping the modes and pathways of economic growth.This paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2023 and establish-es an indicator system to measure the development level of new quality productive forces.On this basis,the paper further explores the effects and mechanisms of new quality productivity on high-quality economic development.The results go as below:New qual-ity productivity has a significant promoting effect on high-quality economic development.The influence of penetrating factors on high-quality economic development is stronger than that of substantive factors.Moreover,the promoting effect of new-quality la-borers on high-quality economic development is greater than that of other productive factors.When the development level of new quality productivity surpasses the threshold value of 0.088,it can more fully stimulate the new momentum for high-quality eco-nomic development.New quality productivity has a stronger promoting effect on high-quality economic development in the eastern and central regions than in the western and northeastern regions.In addition,new quality productivity has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on high-quality economic development.
