供水管网阀门的工作状态直接影响突发渗漏事故的抢修效率,以某供水主干管突发渗漏事故为案例,探究了阀门状态与水压波动的关联性,构建了"漏点分析—难点分析—过程分析—复盘优化"的全流程渗漏事故处置框架.通过设计三级递进式关阀方案,结合调度系统与智慧消火栓实时监测数据,实现了抢修过程的精准调控.研究表明,阀门日常检修质量与操作规范性是制约抢修效率的关键因素,而分级递进式关阀方案的动态适配性与信息化工具的协同应用可显著缩短供水恢复时间.该研究明确了阀门状态对抢修流程的影响路径,为供水主干管突发事故处置提供了可操作的技术范式,对提升供水管网应急韧性具有实践意义.

The operating status of valves in water supply networks directly affects the emergency repair efficiency of sudden leakage accidents.Taking a sudden leakage accident of a main water supply pipe as a case study,the corre-lation between valve status and water pressure fluctuations are explored and a full-process disposal framework of"leak point analysis-difficulty analysis-process analysis-review and optimization"is constructd.By designing a three-level progressive valve closing scheme and combining the real-time monitoring data of the dispatching system and smart fire hydrants,the emergency repair process is precise controlled.The study shows that the daily inspection and maintenance quality of valves and operational standardization are key factors restricting emergency repair effi-ciency.The dynamic adaptability of the hierarchical progressive valve closing scheme and the collaborative applica-tion of information-based tools can significantly shorten recovery time of the water supply.This study clarifies the influence path of valve status on the emergency repair process,provides an operable technical paradigm for the dis-posal of sudden accidents in main water supply pipes,and has practical significance for improving the emergency resilience of water supply pipe networks.
