屈螺酮炔雌醇片在人工流产术后患者中的应用效果OA

Objective To explore the application effect of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in patients after induced abortion.Methods From January 2023 to June 2024,this study enrolled 240 women who underwent induced abortion in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Jianhu People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 120 cases in each group.Both groups were routinely treated with anti-infection after surgery.The control group was not given other drugs after surgery,and the observation group was given Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets after surgery.The menstrual resumption time,vaginal continuous bleeding time,endometrial thickness 30 days after surgery,and the incidence of intrauterine adhesion and abnormal uterine bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal continuous bleeding time and menstrual resumption time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness 30 days after surgery of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intrauterine adhesion and abnormal uterine bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in patients after artificial abortion can promote endometrial repair,shorten vaginal bleeding time and menstrual resumption time,and reduce the risk of intrauterine adhesion and abnormal uterine bleeding.
