海水淡化预处理中超滤膜污染机制及控制方法研究进展OA
Research on the Polluting Mechanisms and Control Methods of Ultrafiltration Membranes in Seawater Desalination Pretreatment
超滤预处理作为保障反渗透工艺在海水淡化中长效稳定运行的关键手段,其重要性日益凸显.但随着海水中污染物成分愈发复杂,超滤膜的抗污染性能面临严峻挑战,而膜系统的频繁清洗不仅增加运营维护成本,也制约了工艺的进一步发展.为此,开发兼具高抗污染性、经济性与环保性的新型膜组件及工艺成为迫切需求.围绕海水淡化场景下的超滤膜污染问题,对近年来相关文献进行梳理总结,从污染类型(无机、有机、生物污染)、污染机制(孔收缩、孔堵塞、滤饼形成)、关键影响因素(水质参数、操作条件、膜材质等)及主流控制方法(预处理、膜材料改性、运行参数调控等)4个维度进行全面阐述,旨在为超滤膜污染控制的理论研究与实际工程应用提供系统性参考.
As a crucial means to ensure the long-term stable operation of reverse osmosis technology in seawater de-salination,ultrafiltration pretreatment has become increasingly important.However,with the increasingly complex pollutant composition in seawater,the anti-pollution performance of the ultrafiltration membranes faces severe challenges.The frequent cleaning of membrane systems not only increases operation and maintenance costs but also restricts the further development of the process.Therefore,it has been an urgent need to develop new membrane components and processes that combine high anti-pollution performance,economy,and environmental friendliness.This paper focuses on the issue of ultrafiltration membrane pollution in seawater desalination scenarios.The relevant literature in recent years are summarized,and comprehensively expounded from four dimensions of pollution types(inorganic,organic,biological pollution),pollution mechanisms(hole shrinkage,holeclogging,filter cake forma-tion),key influencing factors(water quality parameters,operating conditions,membrane materials,etc.)and main-stream control methods(pretreatment,membrane material modification,operating parameter regulation,etc.)in or-der to provide a systematic reference for theoretical research and practical engineering applications of ultrafiltration membrane pollution control.
