针对小半径曲线钢箱梁桥顶推施工内力分布复杂的问题,以某70 m半径匝道桥步履式顶推为背景,开展钢箱梁局部受力及稳定性研究,并提出相应控制方法.通过Midas/Civil平台建立整体分析模型模拟顶推施工全过程,以临时墩支反力及钢箱梁内力为控制指标确定典型不利工况;采用板壳单元建立局部分析模型,对梁段局部受力及稳定性进行了分析,并探讨主要参数变化对其产生的影响规律.结果表明:底板支承处和导梁根部应力集中,梁段局部受力及稳定性均满足规范要求;增大导梁连接结构板厚可减小连接腹板应力,显著提高其局部稳定性;D3临时墩内外侧支点支承高差安全阈值分别为5 mm和10 mm,顶推施工时应严格控制支点高程;降低垫板刚度后结构安全性仍满足要求,上层垫板采用柔性材料可改善底板应力集中;在底板与腹板间增设角隅加劲肋可大幅降低各主要受力板件的应力水平.

Aiming at the complex internal force distribution problem in the incremental launching construction with walking joints of small-radius curve steel box girder bridges,this study focuses on the local stress and stability of steel box girders and proposes corresponding control methods based on the incremental launching of a 70 m radius ramp bridge.An overall analysis model was established by Midas/Civil software to simulate the whole incremental launching construction process.And the typical unfavorable working conditions were determined by the control indicators of the reaction force of temporary piers and the internal force of steel box girders;A local analysis model was established by shell elements to analyze the local stress and stability of the girder segments.The influence law of changes in main parameters on them was discussed.The results show that stress concentration occurs at the bottom of plate support and the root of the guide girder,while both the local stress and stability of the girder segments meet the requirements of relevant specifications;That increasing the thickness of the connecting structure plate of the guide girder can reduce the stress of the connecting web and significantly improve its local stability;The safe thresholds of the support height difference between the inner and outer fulcrums of the D3 temporary pier are 5 mm and 10 mm respectively.The fulcrum elevation should be strictly controlled during the construction;The structural safety still meets the requirements after reducing the stiffness of the base plate.The flexible materials for the upper base plate can improve the stress concentration at the bottom of plate;That adding corner stiffeners between the bottom plate and the web can greatly reduce the stress of each main force-bearing plate.
