Occurrence and Control of Spruce Rust Disease(Chrysomyxa spp.)in Miaoping Forest Farm of Shaanxi Province

为明确陕西省庙坪林场云杉锈病发生现状并筛选有效防治药剂,2020-2024年开展田间危害调查与药剂防治试验.结果显示:(1)云杉锈病发生严重程度与林地距高山草甸湿地距离呈负相关,距离越近发病越重,0~20m范围内感病株率95.83%、病情指数61.20,>100m范围感病株率仅8.33%、病情指数2.35,近湿地林分甚至出现针叶脱落、枯梢现象;(2)三唑酮、戊唑醇、甲基托布津、代森锰锌4种药剂均有防效,其中三唑酮和戊唑醇防效最优,第2次施药后10 d防效分别达77.19%、78.72%;(3)2022-2024年采用"5月中旬喷戊唑醇、6月中旬喷三唑酮"的无人机喷雾方案,0~20m重病区病情指数从2021年的61.20降至2024年的16.57,云杉树势显著恢复,未再出现枯梢.本研究明确了庙坪林场云杉锈病发生规律,筛选出高效防治药剂与施药方案,可为秦岭林区云杉锈病防治提供科学依据.

To clarify the current status of spruce rust(Chrysomyxa spp.)occurrence in Miaoping For-est Farm,Shaanxi Province,and to screen for effective control agents,field disease investigations and chemical control experiments were conducted from 2020 to 2024.The results showed that:(1)The severity of spruce rust was negatively correlated with the distance from the forest land to the alpine meadow wetland.The closer the distance,the more severe the disease.Within 0-20 m,the infection rate was 95.83%and the disease index was 61.20,while beyond 100 m,the infection rate was only 8.33%with a disease index of 2.35.In stands near the wetland,symptoms such as needle drop and dead tops were even observed.(2)All four tested agents—triadimefon,tebuconazole,thiophanate-methyl,and mancozeb—showed control efficacy.Among them,triadimefon and tebuconazole were the most effective,achieving control efficiencies of 77.19%and 78.72%,respectively,10 days after the second application.(3)From 2022 to 2024,an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)spraying protocol of"apply-ing tebuconazole in mid-May and triadimefon in mid-June"was implemented.In the severe disease are-a within 0-20 m,the disease index decreased from 61.20 in 2021 to 16.57 in 2024,with significant recovery of tree vigor and no recurrence of dead tops.This study clarifies the patterns of spruce rust occurrence in Miaoping Forest Farm,identifies highly effective control agents and application strate-gies,and provides a scientific basis for spruce rust management in the Qinling forest region.
