研究了用盐酸-双氧水体系从低品位铅冰铜中浸出有价金属,考察了盐酸初始质量浓度、双氧水用量、液固体积质量比、浸出温度、浸出时间对铜、铁、铅浸出率的影响.结果表明:在盐酸初始质量浓度150 g/L、双氧水与铅冰铜质量比3∶1、液固体积质量比9∶1、浸出温度50 ℃、浸出时间2 h适宜条件下,Cu浸出率可达90.21%,Fe浸出率为33.49%,Pb浸出率为31.19%,Au、Ag富集在渣中,实现了与铜的高效浸出.

The leaching of valuable metals from low-grade lead matte using hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide mixed solution was studied.The effects of initial mass concentration of hydrochloric acid,hydrogen peroxide dosage,ratio of liquid volume to solid mass,leaching temperature and time on the leaching rates of copper,iron and lead were investigated.The results show that under the optimum conditions of hydrochloric acid mass concentration of 150 g/L,hydrogen peroxide to lead matte mass ratio of 3∶1,liquid volume to solid mass ratio of 9∶1,leaching temperature of 50 ℃ and leaching time of 2 h,the leaching rates of Cu,Fe and Pb can reach 90.21%,33.49%,31.19%respectively,and Au and Ag are enriched in the resiclue.Efficient separation from copper is achieved.
