陕西省松材线虫病发生历程与防控策略研究OA
The Occurrence and Progression of Pine Wilt Disease and Its Control Strategies in Shaanxi Province
陕西省松林面积143.07万hm2(89%集中陕南三市),2009年商洛市柞水县首次发现松材线虫病,其发生历程分三阶段:2009-2017年初发(疫区3~5个波动)、2018-2021年扩散(疫区达25个)、2022年至今遏制(2025年疫区19个,全省四年无新增、西安连续四年无疫情),防控成效显著.2025年较2021年疫区降24%、疫点降36%,病死松树从28.35万株(2021年)降至10.79万株(2023年,降幅超38%).防控构建多维度策略:政策上出台条例、建"省—市—县—镇"责任机制与"三防两清"思路;科技上创"天空地"一体化监测技术体系,应用AI检测、快速检测等技术;区域协作建跨省联防机制、秦岭防控隔离带;管理上推疫木除治创新机制,2021-2023年中央与省级财政投3.62亿元并培训专业队伍.当前存偏远山区技术瓶颈、省际数据共享不足等问题,未来需强化队伍、深化数智防控等,力争提供"陕西范式".
The pine forest area in Shaanxi Province covers 1.4307 million ha(89%concentrated in three cities in southern Shaanxi).Pine wilt disease(PWD)in Shaanxi caused by the invasive pine-wood nematode(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)was first detected in Zhashui County,Shangluo City,in 2009.Its progression can be divided into three phases:2009-2017(Initial Stage):3-5 fluctuating infected areas;2018-2021(Expansion Stage):Infected areas increased to 25;2022-Present(Contain-ment Stage):By 2025,infected areas were reduced to 19,with no new reports in the province for four consecutive years and Xi'an remaining disease-free for four years.Significant control achievements have been made.By 2025,the number of infected areas decreased by 24%compared to 2021,and in-fection spots dropped by 36%.The number of dead pine trees declined from 283,500 in 2021 to 107,900 in 2023,a reduction of over 38%.A multi-dimensional control strategy has been implemented:Regarding policy,regulations were issued,establishing a"Province-City-County-Township"responsi-bility mechanism and a"Three Preventions and Two Clearances"approach.From technical perspec-tives,a"sky-ground integrated"monitoring system was developed,incorporating AI detection and rapid testing technologies.From the regional collaboration perspectives,a Cross-provincial joint pre-vention mechanisms and a Qinling Mountain control barrier were established.Regarding management,innovative mechanisms for infected wood disposal were promoted.From 2021 to 2023,central and provincial governments invested 362 million yuan and trained specialized teams.Current challenges in-elude technical bottlenecks in remote mountainous areas and insufficient interprovincial data sharing.Future efforts should focus on strengthening professional teams,advancing digital and intelligent con-trol,and striving to establish a"Shaanxi Model"for PWD management.
