为明确广东潮安凤凰山省级自然保护区中华穿山甲(Manis pentadactyla)的种群现状与栖息地特征,本研究于2023年采用样线法、红外相机法调查其洞穴及生境数据,并结合2021年保护区红外监测数据,分析种群资源、生境偏好及受胁因素.结果显示:1.种群规模:共发现50个穿山甲洞穴,洞穴密度为5.56个·km-2;种群密度估值0.20~0.53只·km-2,保护区内个体数量估算为7~19只.2.栖息地偏好:穿山甲空间分布集中于蝙蝠岩村西南侧,显著偏好地带性常绿阔叶林与针阔混交林,对缓坡(<30°)、500~700 m海拔范围及草本层盖度25%~49%的林分类型选择明显.3.主要威胁:栖息地丧失、破碎化(村级道路与茶园扩张割裂生境,核心分布区村道两侧50 m内洞穴密度仅1.2个·km-2,显著低于对照区的8.3个·km-2,P<0.05)、偷猎为主要威胁;此外,周边5个村落散养的43只家犬中,27只活动范围与栖息地重叠,增加疫源疫病传播风险.本研究明确了该保护区中华穿山甲的种群规模与栖息地需求,为制定栖息地连通性修复、家犬管控等针对性保护措施提供科学依据.

To assess the current population status of the Chinese pangolin(Manis pentadactyla)within the Guangdong Chao'an Fenghuangshan Provincial Nature Reserve,field surveys employing standard-ized transect protocols and infrared camera trapping were conducted during 2023 to collect empirical data on burrow distribution and habitat parameters.These data were integrated with infrared camera monitoring records from the reserve dating back to 2021,enabling a comprehensive assessment of pop-ulation resources,habitat status,and threat factors.The analysis revealed:1)A total of 50 Chinese pangolin burrows were identified,with a burrow density of 5.56/km2,and population density was es-timated to range between 0.20 and 0.53 individuals/km2,corresponding to an estimated 7~19 indi-viduals.2)The spatial distribution of pangolins within the reserve was concentrated in southwest of Bianfuyan Village,predominantly within zonal evergreen broadleaf forests and mixed coniferous-broadleaf forest communities.Significant preferences were observed for gentle slopes,elevations be-tween 500~700 m,and forest stands characterized by herbaceous layer coverage of 25%-49%.3)The primary threats identified encompass habitat loss,degradation,severe fragmentation,and poac-hing.Additionally,the presence of free-ranging domestic dogs in surrounding villages escalated the risk of potential zoonotic disease transmission.
