用NaOH定向溶解氧化膜法分离回收废旧镍钴锰三元锂电池中的活性材料OA
Recovery of Active Materials from Waste NCM Ternary Lithium Batteries by NaOH-directed Dissolution of Oxide Film Method
研究了采用NaOH定向溶解氧化膜法从废旧镍钴锰(NCM)三元锂电池正极材料中分离回收活性材料,考察了固液质量体积比、温度、NaOH浓度对活性材料回收率的影响.结果表明:在固液质量体积比4 g/10 mL、温度65 ℃、NaOH浓度3 mol/L条件下,仅需1 min即可实现活性材料与铝箔的完全分离,回收铝箔形状完整,活性材料回收率达98.6%.该法可实现从黏结剂为PAA-NH4的正极材料中完整、高效分离铝箔与活性材料,具有一定推广应用价值.
Recovery of active materials from the cathode materials of waste NCM ternary lithium batteries using NaOH-directed dissolution method of oxide films was investigated.The effects of solid mass to liquid volume ratio,temperature,and NaOH concentration on the recovery rate of active materials were examined.The results indicate that under the conditions of solid mass to liquid volume ratio,of 4 g/10 mL,temperature of 65 ℃,and NaOH concentration of 3 mol/L,the complete separation of the active materials from the aluminum foil can be achieved in just 1 minute.The shape of the recovered aluminum foil is intact,and the recovery rate of the active materials can reach 98.6%.The method can achieve complete and efficient separation of aluminum foil and active materials from the cathode material with PAA-NH4 as the binder,and has certain promotion and application value.
