乳酸介质中冶金尘泥的选择性浸锌行为与机制研究OA
Selective Leaching Behavior and Mechanism of Zinc from Metallurgical Dust Sludge in Lactic Acid Medium
以乳酸溶液为浸出剂,研究了从山西某钢铁厂冶金尘泥中选择性浸出锌,考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、液固体积质量比、乳酸浓度等条件对浸出效果的影响,并探究了浸出机制.结果表明:在乳酸浓度3%、浸出温度20 ℃、浸出时间5 min、液固体积质量比10 mL/1 g最佳浸出条件下,锌、铁浸出率分别为91.56%和4.69%,可实现对锌的选择性浸出;浸出液中的锌主要以Zn[CH3CH(OH)COO]+和Zn2+两种形式存在,浸出渣中锌元素主要以铁酸锌形式存在,而浸出体系的弱酸环境能有效抑制铁元素溶解.
Using lactic acid solution as the leaching agent,selective leaching of zinc from metallurgical dust collected from a steel plant in Shanxi was investigated.The effects of leaching time,leaching temperature,liquid volume to solid mass ratio and lactic acid concentration on the leaching effect were investigated,and the leaching mechanism was explored.The results show that under the optimal leaching conditions of lactic acid concentration of 3%,leaching temperature of 20 ℃,leaching time of 5 min,and liquid volume to solid mass ratio of 10 mL/1 g,the leaching rates of zinc and iron are 9156%and 4.69%,respectively,achieving selective leaching of zinc.In the leaching solution,zinc primarily exist in the forms of Zn[CHsCH(OH)COO]+and Zn2+,while in the leach residue,zinc is mainly present as zinc ferrite.The weak acidic environment of the leaching system can effectively suppress the dissolution of iron.
