含钛高炉渣的处理和资源化利用是钢铁工业环境保护的研究焦点和难点.综述了从含钛高炉渣中湿法提取钛的研究进展,分析了硫酸浸出法、盐酸浸出法、有机酸浸出法、硫酸铵熔融法、氯化铵焙烧法、碱熔融法处理含钛高炉渣的原理、工艺特点、处理效果、存在问题、工业化前景,以及对环境产生的影响,并对含钛高炉渣湿法提取钛的技术要求和发展方向进行了展望.
The treatment and resource utilization of titanium-bearing blast furnace slag are the focus and difficult point of research on environmental protection for the iron and steel industry.The research progress on extraction of titanium from titanium-bearing blast furnace slag is reviewed,and the principle,process characteristics,treatment effects,existing problems,industrial prospects and environmental impact of sulfuric acid leaching,hydrochloric acid leaching,organic acid leaching,ammonium sulfate melting,ammonium chloride roasting,alkali melting methods for treatment of titanium-bearing blast furnace slag are analyzed.The technical requirements and development trends of extraction of titanium from titanium-bearing blast furnace slag by hydrometallurgy are prospected.
