为研究不同灌气条件下不同埋深对棉花苗期土壤酶活性及棉花生理生长的影响,试验设置 4 种灌气量(0、25%、50%和 75%)和 3 种埋深(0、5 和 30 cm)共计 10 个处理,3 次重复,研究不同灌气量和不同埋深对棉花苗期棉花生理生长指标以及土壤酶活性指标的影响,得出以下结论.①在相同灌气量下,棉花埋深为 5cm处理组达到最优,灌气显著提高了棉花生长指标(株高、茎粗、根系长度、地下部干物质和地上部干物质).当灌气量为 50%时,与无灌气量相比,棉花生长指标分别提高了 32.67%、36.81%、39.88%、47.80%和 111.38%,此外灌气还显著提高了棉花苗期的土壤、植物分析仪器开发值(SPAD值).②随着灌气量的增加,短期内显著提升棉花抗氧化酶活性,降低了丙二醛的含量.与无埋深和无灌气量处理组相比,埋深为 5 cm、灌气量为 75%处理组的棉花苗期叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性分别提高了 50%和 157.58%.③不同灌气量和不同埋深能显著影响棉花苗期土壤酶(过氧化氢酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和土壤蔗糖酶)活性.当埋深为 5cm且灌气量为 50%时,与无灌气量相比,土壤酶的活性分别提高 45.25%、32.14%、65.82%和 53.01%.采用 5cm地下滴灌带埋深和 50%灌气量相结合,对棉花幼苗生长是最适宜的.因此,灌气处理后的棉花生理生长性能比不灌气处理更强.综上可知,地下滴灌灌气和不同埋深结合展现出良好的应用潜力,值得在未来农业管理和灌溉优化中进一步推广.

To study the effects of different aerated irrigation conditions and soil depths on soil enzyme activity and the physiological growth of cotton seedlings,the experiments were set up with 4 irrigation rates(0,25%,50%,75%)and 3 soil depths(0,5 and 30 cm),totaling 10 treatments with 3 repetitions.As a result,we observed the following:1.At the same irrigation rate,a soil depth of 5cm led to the best performance,with aerated irrigation significantly improving the growth indicators of cotton seedlings(plant height,stem diameter,root length,underground dry matter,and above-ground dry matter).When aeration was at 50%level compared to no aeration,the growth indicators increased by 32.67%,36.81%,39.88%,47.80%,and 111.38%,respectively.Furthermore,aerated irrigation significantly increased the SPAD value of cotton seedlings.2.With the increase of aeration rate,a significant short-term enhancement of the antioxidant enzyme activities in cotton was observed,along with the reduction in malondialdehyde content.At a soil depth of 5 cm with an aeration rate of 75%,compared to no depth and no aeration,the activities of the superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)in cotton seedlings'leaves increased by 50%and 157.58%,respectively.3.Aerated irrigation and different soil depths significantly affected the activities of soil enzymes(catalase,urease,alkaline phosphatase,and soil sucrose enzyme)in cotton seedlings.At a soil depth of 5 cm,the 50%aeration treatment increased their activities by 45.25%,32.14%,65.82%,and 53.01%respectively,compared to no aeration.In addition,the combination of 5cm underground drip irrigation belt burial depth and 50%air filling rate turned out to be the most suitable for the growth of cotton seedlings.Overall,the aeration treatment could lead to much stronger physiological growth performance of cotton.In other words,the combination of aerated drip irrigation with different soil depths demonstrated good application potential,which would be likely promoted in future agricultural management and irrigation optimization.
