除草剂残留检测技术及其前处理方法OA

Detection technologies and pretreatment methods for herbicide residues

除草剂被广泛应用于现代化农业的高效稳定生产中,但会对生态系统中的生物造成毒害;或通过食物链富集,从而严重危害人体健康.因此,针对复杂样品的多样性特征,除草剂残留样品的前处理方法也正不断改进,以期提高后续检测结果的准确度.综述了固相萃取(SPE)、磁性SPE、分子印迹SPE、加速溶剂萃取(ASE)、分散液液微萃取(DLLME)和分散固相萃取(QuEChERS)技术等前处理方法,并对色谱法、色谱-质谱联用技术及传感器技术等检测方法进行了概述,旨在为研发更加迅速、准确的除草剂残留检测技术提供参考.

Herbicides are widely employed to ensure efficient and stable production in modern agriculture;however,their toxicity to organisms within ecosystems and bioaccumulation through the food chain pose severe threats to human health.Therefore,the development of rapid and accurate herbicide residue detection technologies has emerged as a critical priority.Meanwhile,to address the diverse characteristics of complex samples,pretreatment methods for herbicide residues are continually refined to enhance the precision of subsequent analytical outcomes.Pretreatment methods,such as solid-phase extraction(SPE),magnetic solid-phase extraction,molecularly imprinted(MIP)SPE,accelerated solvent extraction(ASE),dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)and QuEChERS technique are reviewed.Additionally,detection methodologies,including chromatography,combined chromatography mass spectrometric hyphenated techniques,and sensor-based detection systems,are comprehensively overviewed.By integrating these advancements,this study aims to provide a reference framework for the innovation of more efficient and precise technologies in herbicide residue detection.
