Research on the Development Paths of Agricultural Scientific and Technological Innovation in Suzhou City Based on Regional Comparison
农业科技创新是突破资源约束、推动现代农业高质量发展的核心驱动力.文章从政策支持、人才引育、技术应用、资源配置和开放合作五个维度,系统对比了苏州市与深圳市两地在农业科技创新模式上的差异,深入分析了苏州市在该领域的发展短板,并据此提出强化精准政策措施、提升创新载体能力、深化技术集成应用、激发市场主体活力、拓展国际合作网络等一系列系统性路径,旨在促进苏州市农业科技创新与产业创新的深度融合,助力区域农业高质量发展.
Agricultural scientific and technological innovation is the core driving force for breaking through resource constraints and promoting the high-quality development of modern agriculture.From five dimensions,namely policy support,talent introduction and cultivation,technological application,resource allocation,and opening-up and cooperation,this paper systematically compared the differences in agricultural scientific and technological innovation models between Suzhou City and Shenzhen City.It in-depth analyzed the development shortcomings of Suzhou City in this field,and accordingly put forward a series of systematic paths,such as strengthening targeted policy measures,improving the capacity of innovation carriers,deepening technological integration and application,stimulating the vitality of market entities,and expanding international cooperation networks.The purpose is to promote the in-depth integration of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation in Suzhou City,and assist the high-quality development of regional agriculture.
