不同化学处理对小麦秸秆营养成分和体外发酵参数的影响OA
Effects of Different Chemical Treatments on Nutrients and in Vitro Fermentation Parameters of Wheat Straw
试验旨在研究尿素、氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠单一或复合处理对小麦秸秆(后文简称麦秸)营养成分和体外发酵参数的影响.尿素和氢氧化钠添加量均为秸秆干物质(dry matter,DM)的0和3%,碳酸氢钠添加量为秸秆DM的0和2%.室温密封处理30 d后采集样本,分析麦秸的营养成分,以3头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康西门塔尔杂交肉牛为瘤胃液供体,通过体外发酵法测定处理后麦秸体外发酵48 h后的DM降解率、产气量及发酵参数.结果表明:①尿素、NaOH、NaHCO3单独、双因素、三因素作用均显著影响麦秸中粗蛋白(CP)含量(P<0.05),尿素、NaOH和NaHCO3处理可显著影响中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量(P<0.05),NaOH处理显著降低酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和酸性木质素(ADL)含量(P<0.05),NaHCO3处理显著降低ADF含量(P<0.05),但各处理因素之间无显著交互作用(P>0.05).②尿素和NaOH处理显著影响体外干物质降解率(P<0.05);尿素和NaOH处理显著影响麦秸体外发酵产气量(P<0.05),且尿素、NaOH和NaHCO3之间存在双因素和三因素互作效应(P<0.05).③尿素处理显著影响氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度、乙酸、丙酸及丁酸浓度(P<0.05),NaOH、NaHCO3处理对麦秸体外发酵NH3-N浓度、乙酸、丙酸及丁酸浓度无显著影响,各处理因素之间无显著交互作用(P>0.05).综上所述,3%尿素+3%NaOH+2%NaHCO3复合处理能有效改善麦秸的营养价值和体外发酵特性.
This experiment aimed to study the effects of single or combined treatments of urea,sodium hydroxide,and sodium bicarbonate on the nutrients and in vitro fermentation parameters of wheat straw.The addition amounts of urea and sodium hydroxide were both 0 and 3%of the dry matter(DM)of the straw,and the addition amount of sodium bicarbonate was 0 and 2%of the straw DM.Samples were collected after being sealed and treated at room temperature for 30 d to analyze the nutrients of the wheat straw.Using the rumen fluid from three healthy Simmental cross-bred beef cattle with permanent rumen fistulas as the donors,the in vitro dry matter digestibility,gas production,and fermentation parameters of the treated wheat straw after 48 h were determined by the in vitro gas production method.The results showed that:① individual,two-factor,and three-factor treatments with urea,NaOH,and NaHCO₃ all significantly affected the crude protein(CP)content in wheat straw(P<0.05).Urea,NaOH,and NaHCO₃ treatments significantly affected the neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content(P<0.05).NaOH treatment remarkably reduced the acid detergent fiber(ADF)and acid detergent lignin(ADL)contents(P<0.05),while NaHCO₃ treatment significantly affected the ADF content(P<0.05).However,there were no significant interactive effects among the treatment factors(P>0.05).② Both urea and NaOH treatments significantly affected the in vitro dry matter degradation rate(P<0.05).Addition-ally,urea and NaOH treatments notably enhanced the cumulative gas production during the in vitro fermenta-tion of wheat straw(P<0.05).Moreover,significant two-way and three-way interactive effects were observed among urea,NaOH,and NaHCO₃(P<0.05).③ Urea treatment significantly affected the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen(NH₃-N),acetic acid,propionic acid,and butyric acid(P<0.05).In contrast,NaOH and NaHCO₃ treatments had no significant impacts on the concentrations of NH₃-N,acetic acid,propionic acid,or butyric acid during the in vitro fermentation of wheat straw,and there were no significant interactive effects among the treatment factors(P>0.05).In conclusion,the 3%urea+3%NaOH+2%NaHCO3 combined treat-ment can significantly improve the nutritional value and in vitro fermentation characteristics of wheat straw.
