Effects of Dietary Crude Protein Levels on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance,Serum Biochemical Indices and Meat Quality of Fattening Taizhou Geese
试验旨在研究饲粮不同粗蛋白(CP)水平对肥育期泰州鹅的生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标和肉品质的影响.选取160只体重(3.86±0.14)kg健康的110日龄泰州鹅,随机分为4个组,分别饲喂13.5%、14.5%、15.5%和16.5%CP水平的饲粮,每组5个重复,每个重复8只鹅.试验包括预试期1周和正试期12周,每日记录采食量.试验结束后所有鹅称重并采集翅静脉血和胸肌样品.结果表明:①饲粮CP水平对肥育期泰州鹅生长性能影响不显著(P>0.05),14.5%CP组的肌胃指数和半净膛率显著高于16.5%CP组(P<0.05);13.5%CP组和14.5%CP组的全净膛率显著高于16.5%CP组(P<0.05).②14.5%CP组的血清葡萄糖和低密度脂蛋白水平显著低于16.5%CP组(P<0.05),且14.5%CP组的超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05);13.5%CP组的丙二醛含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05).③14.5%CP组胸肌L*值显著低于16.5%CP组(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮CP水平为14.5%时,可提高肥育期泰州鹅的屠宰性能和抗氧化能力,并改善胸肌肉品质和健康状况.
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different crude protein(CP)levels in the diet on the growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indicators,and meat quality of fat-tening Taizhou geese.A total of 160 healthy Taizhou geese,aged 110 d with similar body weight(3.86±0.14)kg,were randomly divided into four groups and fed diets with CP levels of 13.5%,14.5%,15.5%,and 16.5%.Each group had 5 replicates,with 8 geese per replicate.The experiment included a 1-week pre-feeding period and a 12-week formal experimental period.Daily feed intake was recorded during the trial.At the end of the experiment,all geese were weighed and collected wing vein blood and breast muscle samples were collected.The results are as follows:① the dietary CP level had no significant effect on the growth performance of fattening Taizhou geese(P>0.05),but the gizzard index and semi-eviscerated yield in the 14.5%CP group were significantly higher than those in the 16.5%CP group(P<0.05).The total eviscerated yield in the 13.5%CP and 14.5%CP groups was significantly higher than that in the 16.5%CP group(P<0.05).② The serum glucose and low-density lipoprotein levels in the 14.5%CP group were significantly lower than those in the 16.5%CP group(P<0.05),and the superoxide dismutase activity in the 14.5%CP group was sig-nificantly higher than in the other groups(P<0.05).The malondialdehyde content in the 13.5%CP group was significantly higher than in the other groups(P<0.05).③ The L* value of the breast muscle in the 14.5%CP group was significantly lower than that in the 16.5%CP group(P<0.05).In conclusion,a dietary CP level of 14.5%can improve the slaughter performance,antioxidant capacity,breast muscle meat quality,and health status of fattening Taizhou geese.
