为了更好地推动代工企业自主品牌转型升级的理论研究进展与转型实践成效,本文对代工企业自主品牌转型升级的相关研究进行了系统梳理.首先,从价值链、价值共创和动态能力三大视角,归纳了代工企业自主品牌转型升级的理论基础.其次,分析了转型升级的瓶颈,并对转型效果的测量方式进行归纳.最后,梳理了影响代工企业转型升级的内外部关键因素,梳理了线性与非线性的转型升级路径,并从研发与非研发创新的角度对代工企业自主品牌转型升级的策略进行归纳.本文构建的系统性研究框架不仅为学术界提供了理论参考,也为代工企业突破低端锁定进而实现转型发展提供了实践启示.

To better promote the theoretical research progress and practical transformation achieve-ments of OEM enterprises'brand transformation and upgrading,this paper systematically reviews the relevant research on the brand transformation and upgrading of OEM enterprises.Firstly,it summa-rizes the theoretical basis of brand transformation and upgrading of OEM enterprises from three per-spectives:value chain,value co-creation and dynamic capabilities.Secondly,it analyzes the bottle-necks of transformation and upgrading and summarizes the measurement methods of transformation ef-fects.Finally,this paper summarizes the key internal and external factors influencing the transforma-tion and upgrading of OEM enterprises,sorts out the linear and non-linear transformation and up-grading paths,and summarizes the strategies for brand transformation and upgrading of OEM enter-prises from the perspectives of R&D and non-R&D innovation.The systematic research framework not only provides theoretical references for the academic community,but also offers practical inspira-tions for OEM enterprises to break through the low-end lock,and achieve transformation and upgrad-ing development.
