某110kV户内变电站阻抗复合式消声器结构优化研究OA
Research on the structural optimization of an impedance composite muffler in a 110 kV indoor substation
城市户内变电站噪声扰民问题日益突出,本文针对某110 kV户内变电站的噪声超标问题,开展声源特性分析与噪声传播仿真预测,系统掌握其噪声污染现状及分布规律.进一步结合主变室风机口的低频降噪需求,提出一种新型阻抗复合式消声器结构.基于消声器设计理论,通过理论推导与计算确定初步结构参数,并采用有限元数值计算软件构建仿真模型,分析声场与流场分布特性.结果表明:与常规阻性片式消声器相比,所设计的新型阻抗复合式消声器在450 Hz~750 Hz频段的插入损失显著提升,而流场分布特性及压力损失基本保持一致.该新型消声器结构可有效满足户内变电站主变室风机口的低频降噪要求,为变电站噪声控制工程中的消声器设计提供参考.
Noise pollution from urban indoor substations has become increasingly prominent.This study addresses the excessive noise levels at a 110 kV indoor substation by analyzing sound source characteristics and simulating noise propa-gation,systematically investigating the current noise status and distribution patterns.Taking into account the low-frequency noise reduction requirements at the main transformer room fan outlet,a novel impedance-composite muffler structure was proposed.Initial structural parameters were determined through theoretical derivation and calculation,and finite element numerical simulation was employed to analyze the sound field and flow field distribution characteristics.The results indicate that,compared with conventional resistive plate-type mufflers,the proposed impedance-composite muffler significantly improves insertion loss in the 450 Hz~750 Hz frequency range,while maintaining similar flow field distribution and pressure loss.This new muffler structure effectively meets low-frequency noise reduction requirements for indoor substations and provides a reference for muffler design in substation noise control projects.
