Acral Malignant Melanoma Combined with Lung Adenocarcinoma:A Case Report
本文通过报道1例肢端恶性黑色素瘤合并肺腺癌的复杂诊疗过程,强调早期识别与诊断肢端恶性黑色素瘤的重要性,同时提示临床医生在处理疑似恶性病变时需综合病理形态、免疫组化及分子特征,严格鉴别转移癌与原发癌.
This article reports a complex diagnostic and therapeutic course of a case involving acral malignant melanoma combined with lung adenocarcinoma.It emphasizes the importance of early recognition and diagnosis of acral malignant mela-noma,while also highlighting the need for clinicians to strictly differentiate between metastatic carcinoma and primary cancer by integrating histopathology,immunohistochemistry,and molecular profiling when dealing with suspected malignant lesions.
