Comparison of Germplasm Characteristics between Taozang Black Goats and Several Local Goat Breeds in China

洮藏黑山羊是2023年通过国家畜禽遗传资源委员会审定的地方资源,形成于洮河流域的独特生态环境,是青藏高原特有的山谷型肉用地方品种,在适应性和经济性状上表现出独特的优势.洮藏黑山羊具备肉绒兼用的特性,为了评价洮藏黑山羊的种质特性,该文将洮藏黑山羊与子午岭黑山羊、河西绒山羊、莱芜黑山羊、沂蒙黑山羊和吕梁黑山羊的生产性能和生态环境进行比较分析.结果表明:洮藏黑山羊的屠宰率和净肉率较低,但其绒毛细度在6种山羊中最优,显示出优秀的绒毛品质.综合分析认为洮藏黑山羊属于高原适应型、细绒品质优势突出的地方山羊资源,其核心种质价值在于其稳定表达的优质细绒性状.

The Taozang Black Goat is a local breed recognized by the National Commission for Live-stock and Poultry Genetic Resources in 2023.Originating in the unique ecological environment of the Tao River basin,it represents a plateau valley-type meat breed indigenous to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and ex-hibits distinctive advantages in adaptability and economic traits.This breed is characterized by its dual-pur-pose utility for both meat and cashmere production.To evaluate its germplasm characteristics,this study conducted a comparative analysis of the production performance and ecological environments of the Taozang Black Goat with five other black goat breeds:the Ziwuling Black Goat,Hexi Cashmere Goat,Laiwu Black Goat,Yimeng Black Goat,and Lüliang Black Goat.The results showed that although the slaughter rate and lean meat percentage of the Taozang Black Goat were relatively low,its cashmere fine-ness was the finest among the six breeds,indicating superior cashmere quality.Comprehensive analysis suggests that the Taozang Black Goat is a plateau-adapted local breed with outstanding fine-cashmere traits.Its core germplasm value lies in the stably expressed high-quality fine-cashmere characteristics.
