针对洗衣片中聚乙烯醇(PVA)的复杂基质干扰问题,整合超声萃取-酶解-树脂/活性炭吸附-分子质量校正联用策略,建立了一种高精度、高灵敏度的分光光度检测方法.优化硼酸-碘显色体系(碘化钾与碘质量比为1.38∶1.00,检测波长688 nm),结合淀粉酶/纤维素酶定向降解多糖、阴离子交换树脂吸附表面活性剂及活性炭脱色,可以显著消除干扰.针对PVA分子质量效应差异导致的吸光度偏差,提出多标准曲线校正法,使混合样品检测误差从±25%降至±5%.方法线性范围为0~50 mg/L(R2≥0.999 1),加标回收率为95.50%~104.95%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于等于1.50%,为多组分洗衣片中PVA的精准定量提供技术支撑.

To address the complex matrix interference of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)in laundry sheets,a high-preci-sion and high-sensitivity spectrophotometric detection method was established by integrating an ultrasonic extraction,enzy-matic hydrolysis,resin/activated carbon adsorption,molecular weight correction combined strategy.The interference was sig-nificantly eliminated by optimizing the boric acid-iodine colorimetric system(mass ratio of potassium iodide to iodine 1.38∶1.00,detection wavelength 688 nm),and combining the targeted degradation of polysaccharides by amylase/cellulase,ad-sorption of surfactants by anion exchange resin,and decolorization by activated carbon.To correct the absorbance deviation caused by the molecular weight effect difference of PVA,a multi-standard curve correction method was proposed,reducing the detection error of mixed samples from±25%to±5%.The method has a linear range of 0-50 mg/L(R2≥0.999 1),with a recovery rate of 95.50%-104.95%and a relative standard deviation(RSD)of≤1.50%,providing technical support for the precise quantification of PVA in multi-component laundry sheets.
