互叶白千层不同无性系早期生长性状及综合评价OA
Early Growth Traits and Comprehensive Evaluation of Different Clones of Melaleuca alternifolia
为筛选出适合广西北部湾地区推广种植的互叶白千层优良无性系,以 10 个互叶白千层优良无性系为研究对象,分析不同无性系间生长性状的差异,并对其生长性状进行聚类分析和综合评价.结果表明,10 个互叶白千层无性系株高、地径、冠幅、保存率指标等均存在显著差异;各生长指标间相关性显著.聚类分析可将 10 个互叶白千层无性系聚为 2 个类群.应用主成分分析共提取 2 个主成分,累积贡献率为 90.65%,10 个无性系生长优劣综合排名依次为B8>B1>B7>B6>B2>B3>B5>B9>B10>B4.综合分析结果,B8、B1、B7、B6 无性系表现优良,生长速度快且保存率在 85%以上,其中B8 无性系的综合得分最高,适宜作为优良无性系进行推广.
To screen out excellent clones of Melaleuca alternifolia suitable for popularization and cultivation in the Beibu Gulf region of Guangxi,10 superior clones of M.alternifolia were used as research objects.The differences in growth traits among different clones were analyzed,and cluster analysis and comprehensive evaluation were conducted on these growth traits.The results showed that there were significant differences in plant height,ground diameter,crown width,and preserva-tion rate among the 10 M.alternifolia clones;the correlations among various growth indicators were significant.Cluster anal-ysis could classify the 10 M.alternifolia clones into 2 groups.Principal component analysis extracted 2 principal components with a cumulative contribution rate of 90.65%.The comprehensive ranking of the growth performance of the 10 clones was as follows:B8>B1>B7>B6>B2>B3>B5>B9>B10>B4.Comprehensive nanolysis indicated that clones B8,B1,B7,and B6 performed excellently,with fast growth rates and preservation rates above 85%.Among them,clone B8 had the highest comprehensive score and was suitable for promotion as an excellent clone.
