毛瓣金花茶研究进展及资源保护探讨OA
Progress in Camellia pubipetala and Discussion of Resource Conservation
毛瓣金花茶(Camellia pubipetala)为广西特有植物和国家Ⅱ级保护植物,具有广阔的应用前景.但由于种群更新能力弱、生境破坏和人为采挖严重等原因造成毛瓣金花茶种质资源的数量减少.因此,了解其研究进展及探讨资源保护现状具有重要指导意义.文章通过文献研究法总结毛瓣金花茶的生物学特性、繁殖栽培技术、基因组功能、资源保护开发等方面的研究现状,旨在为毛瓣金花茶的有效保护和利用提供理论依据.
Camellia pubipetala is an endemic plant of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and a national Class II pro-tected plant that has broad application prospects.However,owing to weak population renewal capacity,habitat destruction,and severe anthropogenic excavation,the quantity of C.pubipetala germplasm resources has decreased.Therefore,understanding the research progress and discussing the current status of resource conservation is highly important.This paper summarizes the bio-logical characteristics,propagation and cultivation techniques,genomic functions,and resource conservation and utilization of C.pubipetala through literature research,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the effective conservation and sustainable utiliza-tion of C.pubipetala.
