三种栽培因素对虎乳灵芝产量与质量的影响OA

为探索最适宜用于虎乳灵芝高产高品质生产栽培条件,以虎乳灵芝为试验材料进行栽培,采用三因素三水平正交试验,结合Tposis综合评价法探究栽培基质、覆土材料、遮阳模式 3 种主要栽培因素对虎乳灵芝产量、质量、综合效益的影响,以期为虎乳灵芝栽培条件的选择提供理论基础.研究结果表明:(1)改变覆土材料对虎乳灵芝产量的影响最大,但与遮阳模式差距较小,改变栽培基质对虎乳灵芝产量的影响最小;(2)栽培基质是对虎乳灵芝质量影响最大的因素,与遮阳模式差距较小,最后是覆土材料;(3)遮阳模式是影响虎乳灵芝栽培综合效益的主要因素,其次为栽培基质,最后是覆土材料.选出较优栽培处理组合为A3B1C1,即栽培基质选用桉树木屑,覆土材料选用菌渣发酵料,遮阳模式选用白膜时,虎乳灵芝的栽培效果最好,产量与质量较优.

To explore the most suitable cultivation conditions for high-yield and high-quality production of Lignosus rhinocero-tis,L.rhinocerotis was used as the test material.A three-factor and three-level orthogonal test combined with the Topsis compre-hensive evaluation method was used to investigate the effects of three main cultivation factors(cultivation substrate,soil-covering material,and shading mode)on the yield,quality,and comprehensive benefits of L.rhinocerotis,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of cultivation conditions.The results revealed that:(1)Changing the soil-covering material had the best impact on the yield of L.rhinocerotis,with a small gap compared with the shading mode,while changing the cultivation substrate had the least impact;(2)the cultivation substrate had the best influence on the quality of L.rhinocerotis,with a small gap com-pared with the shading mode,followed by the soil-covering material;and(3)the shading mode was the main factor affecting the comprehensive benefits of L.rhinocerotis cultivation,followed by the cultivation substrate and then the soil-covering material.The optimal cultivation treatment combination was A3B1C1:using eucalyptus sawdust as the cultivation substrate,mushroom residue fermented material as the soil-covering material,and white film was used as the shading mode.This combination achieved the best cultivation effect,with superior yield and quality.
