橡胶林下种植珠芽魔芋对土壤真菌群落的影响OA
Effects of Planting Amorphop hallus bulbifer in Rubber Forest on the Soil Fungal Community
探究橡胶林下种植珠芽魔芋对土壤中真菌群落的影响,为橡胶林下珠芽魔芋高产栽培及其产业发展提供科学依据.通过 ITS 测序和生物信息学分析对云南省景洪市普文镇橡胶林下未套种和套种珠芽魔芋土壤的真菌群落结构和多样性进行比较分析.结果表明:未种植珠芽魔芋的土壤(ZYK10)中真菌群落的丰度和多样性要显著高于套种了珠芽魔芋的根际土壤(ZY10)和根部土壤(ZYX10),3 组土壤样本共检测到土壤真菌群落 10 门,分别为蛙粪霉门(Basidiobolomycota)、毛霉门(Mucoromycota)、梳霉门(Kickxellomycota)、类原生动物门(Rozellomycota)、球囊菌门(Glomeromycota)、捕虫霉门(Zoopagomycota)、壶菌门(Chytridiomcot)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)、被孢霉门(Mortierellomycota)、子囊菌门(Ascomycota).土壤结构的改变或者珠芽魔芋根系所分泌的某种物质可能抑制类原生动物门(Rozellomycota)的发育繁殖;珠芽魔芋根系所分泌的某种物质促进了蛙粪霉门(Basidiobolomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)和球囊菌门(Glomeromycota)真菌的发育繁殖.在进行LEfSe分析后发现,3 组土壤样本均具有能区别的生物标记物.种植珠芽魔芋对橡胶林下土壤中真菌的群落结构和多样性有显著影响,且珠芽魔芋根系分泌物可能会促进或者抑制某些真菌的生长发育繁殖.研究通过分析橡胶林下种植珠芽魔芋的土壤(根际和根部)和未种植珠芽魔芋的土壤中真菌群落的多样性,了解种植珠芽魔芋对土壤真菌多样性的影响,为橡胶林下经济的开发和利用提供参考.
This study aimed to explore the effects of planting Amorphop hallus bulbifer under a rubber forest on the soil fungal community and provide a scientific basis for the high-yield cultivation of A.bulbifer under a rubber forest and its in-dustrial development.The fungal community structure and diversity of nonintercropped soil and intercropped A.bulbifer soil(rhizosphere and root zone)under a rubber forest in Puwen Town,Jinghong City,were compared and analyzed through ITS sequencing and bioinformatics analysis.The results showed that the abundance and diversity of the fungal community in the soil without A.bulbifer(ZYK10)were significantly higher than those in the rhizosphere soil(ZY10)and root soil(ZYX10)intercropped with A.bulbifer.A total of 10 phyla of soil fungal communities were detected in the three groups of soil samples,namely Basidiobolomycota,Mucoromycota,Kickxellomycota,Rozellomycota,Glomeromycota,Zoopagomycota,Chytridio-mycota,Basidiomycota,Mortierellomycota,and Ascomycota.Changes in soil structure or certain substances secreted by the root system of A.bulbifer may inhibit the development and reproduction of Rozellomycota;certain substances secreted by the root system of A.bulbifer promote the development and reproduction of fungi belonging to Basidiobolomycota,Basidiomy-cota,and Glomeromycota.LEfSe analysis revealed that all three groups of soil samples had distinguishable biomarkers.Planting A.bulbifer had significant effects on the community structure and diversity of soil fungi in rubber forests,and the root exudates of A.bulbifer may promote or inhibit the growth,development,and reproduction of certain fungi.By analyzing the diversity of fungal communities in the soil(rhizosphere and root zone)where A.bulbifer was planted under a rubber forest,and the soil where it was not planted,this study clarified the impact of planting A.bulbifer on soil fungal diversity and pro-vided a reference for the development and utilization of the underrubber forest economy.
