基于产品领域专利布局相似度的专利竞争对手识别OACHSSCD
The Identification of Patent Competitors Based on Product-Aimed Patent Portfolio Similarity
[目的]重视专利布局已经成为趋势和共识.为此,文章提出基于产品领域布局相似度的专利竞争对手识别方法,以期为企业竞争策略提供情报支持.[方法]根据FBS模型与TRIZ理论设计产品领域专利布局分析模型,整合维度专利布局强度特征与嵌入时间信息的维度专利语义特征,构建产品领域专利布局相似度与二维面积的映射方法.选取智能手表产品领域,根据专利维度及布局相似度对该产品领域整体竞争情况、部分企业竞争对手进行了分析.[结果/结论]实证表明产品领域专利布局分析模型与对应竞争对手识别方法能帮助挖掘针对各维专利研发的竞争对手与产品领域主要专利竞争对手;维度专利相似度与专利布局相似度分布体现的企业专利区分度能够为其竞争力评价提供参考.
[Purpose]Valuing patent portfolios has become a trend and consensus.Therefore,this article proposes a competitor identifica-tion method based on product domain portfolio similarity with the objective of offering intelligence support for enterprises to formulate com-petitive strategies.[Method]Referring to FBS model and TRIZ theory,the product domain patent portfolio analyzing model is construc-ted.Integrating dimension magnitude feature and temporal information embedded dimension semantic feature,mapping method of two-di-mension area and product domain patent portfolio similarity is proposed.Using the smart watch domain an example,an analysis of product domain patent features and competitors of certain enterprises was conducted.[Result/Conclusion]The field experiment suggests that the product aimed patent portfolio model and competitor identification method can help explore the potential competitors in various dimensions and the main competitors in the product domain;the distribution of dimensional similarity and portfolio similarity obtained during the com-petitor identification reflects the differentiation of patents,which can contribute to competitiveness evaluation.
