油菜毯状苗小型移栽机平行四杆仿形机构设计与试验OA

针对现有油菜毯状苗移栽机大多为六行机,体型大,不适用于地块小、坡地多、地形复杂的丘陵山区移栽作业问题,基于两行小型手扶插秧机,设计了油菜毯状苗小型移栽机.由于丘陵山区土地平整度较差,设计了平行四杆仿形机构,可实现在不平土壤条件下的栽深控制;对平行四杆仿形机构进行受力分析,确定了影响油菜移栽稳定性的参数,基于实际移栽环境和现有移栽机结构,设计出仿形杆的仿形长度为 210 mm、最大上下仿形量为 80 mm、上下仿形角为 22°;应用ADAMS软件进行了运动仿真分析,结果表明,仿形机构可实现 5°、10°、15°坡度变化条件下的栽植深度控制,相比于原移栽机,增加了平行四杆仿形机构的油菜移栽机的栽植深度更稳定;应用 ANSYS 软件对平行四杆仿形机构进行静力学分析,结果表明,仿形机构的最大应力为 91.646 MPa、最大应变为 0.76472 mm,材料强度能够满足最大应力应变要求;最后进行了田间试验,试验结果表明,优化后移栽机的漏栽率为 2.50%、合格率为 87.90%、栽植合格率为 88.62%、栽植深度变异系数为 11.22%,均优于优化前,且满足油菜毯状苗移栽的农艺要求.

Aiming at the existing rapeseed blanket seedlings transplanter is mostly six-row transplanter with large size,which is not suitable for transplanting operation in hilly and mountainous areas with small plot,many slopes and complex terrain.Based on the two-row small-sized walking transplanter,a small-sized transplanter for rapeseed carpet seedlings was designed.Due to the poor flatness of hilly and mountainous areas,a parallelogram mechanism was designed to con-trol the planting depth under uneven soil conditions.Based on the actual transplanting environment and the structure of the existing transplanter,the profile length of the profile rod was designed to be 210 mm,the maximum upper and lower profile was 80 mm,and the upper and lower profile angle was 22°.The motion simulation was conducted with ADAMS software,the results showed that the profiled mechanism could control the planting depth under 5°,10° and 15° slopes.Compared with the original transplanter,the planting depth of the rape transplanter with the parallelogram profiled mecha-nism was more stable.The static analysis of the parallel four-bar copying mechanism with ANSYS software showed that the maximum stress was 91.646 MPa and the maximum strain was 0.76472 mm.The material strength of the copying mechanism could meet the maximum stress and strain requirements.The field test results showed that the optimized trans-planter had the following advantages:the miss rate was 2.50%,the qualified rate was 87.90%,the qualified rate was 88.62%,and the variation coefficient of planting depth was 11.22%,all of which were better than those before optimi-zation,and met the agronomic requirements of rapeseed blanket seedling transplanting.
