苏州"新农人"培育方向与路径研究OA

Cultivating"New Farmers"and activating new driving forces for rural revitalization are the key to the development of rural undertakings.At present,Suzhou is comprehensively accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural city,striving to depict a new blueprint for rural revitalization with higher level,more comprehensive connotation,more distinct characteristics and stronger demonstration and leading role.Against this background,"New Farmers"have actively kept pace,pioneered and innovated in the new journey of agricultural and rural modernization in Suzhou.Under the new pattern of"Three Rural Issues"development,they root themselves in their hometowns,broaden their horizons,seize opportunities and take advantage of the situation,becoming the endogenous driving force in the process of agricultural and rural modernization in Suzhou.Taking"New Farmers"as the research object,this paper summarized their connotation and characteristics,sorted out the current situation of"New Farmers"cultivation in Suzhou,and combed through the difficulties faced by Suzhou's"New Farmers"in quality improvement,development platforms,typical demonstration and other aspects,which were summarized by five"comprehensives".It put forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects:optimizing the talent matrix layout,opening up multi-dimensional training channels,solving urgent,difficult and pressing problems,establishing a group development mechanism,and improving talent development carriers,so as to provide theoretical support for Suzhou to create a good rural talent development environment.
