为了验证输气管道常用的4个水力计算公式的准确性,选取2种管径的输气管道,将4个水力计算公式计算数据与实测数据进行比较.基本流量计算公式适应性较广,计算精度较高,但计算结果偏于保守.潘汉德尔A计算公式适用于DN 500 mm以下的管道,在一定范围内具有较高的精度.当用此公式计算大口径管道时,偏差较大,不宜作为DN 900 mm及以上管道水力计算公式.潘汉德尔B计算公式适应性也较广,对于DN 900 mm及以上的管道,计算精度较高,但对于DN 500 mm以下的管道,计算精度稍逊于潘汉德尔A计算公式.全苏天然气研究所计算公式较为复杂,参数较多,但计算精度高,具有一定的实用价值.

To evaluate the accuracy of four commonly used hydraulic formulas for gas transmission pipelines,two pipelines with different diameters were selected,and the calculated results from the four formulas were compared against the measured field data.The results show that:the basic flow rate formula has wide adapt-ability and high calculation accuracy,but its calcula-tion results are tend to be relatively conservative.The Panhandle A formula is suitable for pipelines below DN 500 mm and has high accuracy within a certain range.When this formula is used to calculate large-diameter pipelines,the deviation is relatively large,so it is not suitable as a hydraulic calculation formula for pipe-lines of DN 900 mm and above.The Panhandle B for-mula also has wide adaptability;it has high calculation accuracy for pipelines of DN 900 mm and above,but its accuracy is slightly lower than that of the Pan-handle A formula for pipelines below DN 500 mm.The hydraulic formula developed by the All-Union Scien-tific Research Institute of Natural Gas is relatively complex and involves numerous parameters;however,it offers high computational accuracy and possesses considerable practical value.
