全国重点实验室开放课题管理的思考OA

As an important window for the opening-up of State Key Laboratories,open research projects play a vital role in scientific and technological innovation,talent cultivation,and enhancing the influence of laboratories.Taking the State Key Laboratory for Integrated Management of Pest Insects and Plant Diseases as the research object,this paper analyzed the achievements of its open research projects since the"13th Five-Year Plan"period in aspects such as scientific research project application,research achievement cultivation,domestic and international academic exchanges and talent cultivation.It summarized the management experience of the Laboratory's open research projects,and put forward suggestions for strengthening the performance management of open research projects from the perspectives of optimizing project management mechanisms,building collaborative innovation networks and exploring new scientific evaluation methods.The purpose is to provide a reference for the management of open research projects of State Key Laboratories,further improve the research efficiency of open research projects,and exert the important role of open research projects in the construction and development of laboratories.
