基于云母和琼脂糖的复合止血凝胶海绵制备及其性能研究OA
Fabrication and characterization of mica-agarose composite hemostatic gel sponge
目的 以云母和琼脂糖为原料,开发一种性能优异且成本适中的新型止血材料.方法 通过直接交联与冷冻干燥技术制备基于云母和琼脂糖的多孔结构凝胶海绵;采用扫描电镜表征其微观结构并分析不同云母含量对凝胶海绵孔径、吸水能力和体积膨胀比的影响;通过溶血率、凝血指数和小鼠截尾模型止血分析等评价其止血性能.结果 制备的云母凝胶海绵孔径分布均匀,随着云母含量的增加,吸水率和体积膨胀比均有所提高,但过高的云母含量会导致孔径结构的稳定性降低.生物学性能测试表明,云母凝胶海绵溶血率低于5%,凝血指数约为30%,表明该材料具有良好的生物相容性和止血效果.结论 成功制备一种基于云母和琼脂糖的复合止血凝胶海绵,其在止血应用方面展现出巨大的潜力.
Objective To develop a new hemostatic material that is both highly efficient and cost-effective using mica and agarose as raw materials.Methods A porous mica-agarose composite gel sponge was prepared via direct cross-linking,followed by freeze-drying.The microstructure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The influence of the mica content on pore size,water absorption,and volumetric swelling ratio was investigated.Hemostatic performance was assessed by measuring the hemolysis rate and blood clotting index,along with a mouse tail-amputation model.Results The prepared sponge exhibited a uniformly porous structure.Both water absorption and the volumetric swelling ratio increased with the mica content.However,excessive mica led to reduced stability of the pore structure.Biological evaluations revealed a hemolysis rate below 5%and a coagulation index of approximately 30%,suggesting favorable biocompatibility and effective hemostatic performance.Conclusion A composite hemostatic gel sponge based on mica and agarose has been developed,which promises wide applications in clinical hemostasis.
