水培凉粉草收割装置的设计与试验OA
Design and Test of Harvesting Device for Hydroponically Mesona chinensis
水培凉粉草可以提高凉粉草的生长效率,但目前水培凉粉草的收割还主要依赖人工.为此,提出了一种新型的保留凉粉草根的收割装置,以降低劳动强度、提高效率、确保收割质量的一致性.分别对定植板移动机构、切割机构、输送机构和传动系统等收割装置的关键零部件进行设计;通过单因素试验,分析了刀片刃角和切削角对凉粉草茎秆切削力的影响,研究发现,减小刀片刃角和增大切削角可以有效地降低最大切削力,从而减少切割过程中的功耗,且 15°和 30°分别为最佳刃角和切削角;采用正交试验,研究了喂入速度、定植板倾角、切割速度对切割成功率的影响,结果表明:试验因素的显著性主次顺序为喂入速度、定植板倾角、切割速度,最优组合参数为喂入速度 0.5 m/s、定植板倾角 15°、切割速度1.1 m/s,此时平均切割成功率达 90%,能够保证收割质量地完成收割工作.
Hydroponic cultivation of Mesona chinensis can improve its growth efficiency.However,currently,the harves-ting of hydroponic Mesona chinensis mainly relies on manual labor.Therefore,a harvesting device is needed to reduce la-bor intensity,improve efficiency,and ensure the consistency of harvesting quality.Fot this,a new harvesting method that preserves the roots of Mesona chinensis was proposed.According to the functional requirements that the harvesting device needs to achieve,the design of key components of the harvesting device was carried out respectively from aspects such as the planting plate moving mechanism,cutting mechanism,conveying mechanism,and transmission system.Through sin-gle-factor experiments,the influence of the blade edge angle and cutting angle on the cutting force of Mesona chinensis stems was analyzed.The research found that reducing the blade edge angle and increasing the cutting angle can effectively reduce the maximum cutting force,thus reducing the power consumption during the cutting process.15°and 30°were the optimal edge angle and cutting angle respectively.Using orthogonal experiments,the influence of feeding speed,planting plate inclination angle,and cutting speed on the cutting success rate was studied.The results of the orthogonal experi-ments showed that the order of significance of the experimental factors was feeding speed,planting plate inclination angle,and cutting speed.The optimal combination parameters were feeding speed of 0.5 m/s,planting plate inclination angle of 15°,and cutting speed of 1.1 m/s.The average cutting success rate reached 90%,which can ensure the harvesting qual-ity while successfully completing the harvesting work.
