农业科研单位是国家农业科技创新的战略力量.文章在对中国农业科学院33个研究所深入调研的基础上,详细揭示了当前农业科研单位在机制协调、标准化规范化建设、激励约束、人才评价等方面存在的问题,并从岗位职责出发,提出优化管理机制、健全标准化体系、完善评估考核机制等优化举措,以期为农业科技自立自强背景下提升管理效能提供参考.
Agricultural scientific research institutions are the strategic force for national agricultural scientific and technological innovation.Based on in-depth investigations of 33 institutes of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,this paper detailedly revealed the current problems existing in agricultural scientific research institutions in aspects such as mechanism coordination,standardization and regularization construction,incentive and restraint,and talent evaluation.Starting from job responsibilities,it put forward optimization measures including optimizing management mechanisms,improving the standardization system,and perfecting the evaluation and assessment mechanism,aiming to provide references for improving management efficiency under the background of independent and self-reliant agricultural science and technology.
